Corrugated sheet installation
1 - On the side overlap with the metal sheet, place our sheet over the metal sheet on both sides as indicated by the red lines in the photo.

This must be done if it is in an area with high temperature and/or has a separation of more than 1 meter between the points of support (we recommend that the points of support be at 80 cm, 1 meter maximum).

This will help to give more structure to our sheet (which is very flexible) because it will be leaning on the metal sheet.

2- Pre-drill  the sheet with a drill.

3- Place the self-drilling screw at the top of the wave (crest), and respect the height of the wave when tightening the screw (do not over-tighten the screw).

4 - The screws that perforate the sheet must have a rubber or neoprene washer to ensure sealing (we recommend self-drilling screws).

5- To make the sheet firm, it is best to place small plastic or wooden blocks under the self-drilling screw at the crest of the wave (top).

6- The slope should be at least 12% (12 cm high for every 1 meter of sheet length), this avoids the accumulation of water and possible filtration.

7- Our sheet can be cut very easily with a cutter, a grinder (with a wood cutting disc so it does not melt the plastic) or a jigsaw

1 - The flat sheet is extremely flexible, which allows it to take vaulted and curved shapes in general, but this same elasticity makes it necessary to place the wooden battens at no more than 30 cm from each other, so as not to allow the sheet to "belly".

This is due not only to the fact that during installation it is very difficult to mechanically tighten it so that this does not happen, but also that, with heat, the polypropylene can dilate slightly and this could increase the belly.

2 - They are overlapped just like corrugated sheets, with 10 cm on edges or ends, and the slope should be the same as recommended for the corrugated sheets (minimum 12%, i.e. 12 cm high for each meter of length)

3 – You can use the same screws that the ones used for corrugated sheet, with the neoprene washer to prevent the passage of water, although there are installers who use screws type T1 with good results because it is easier and faster.

Silicone sealant (Fastix type) can be  applied to the joints in case of lack of slope, overlapping in the curve or any other factor deemed convenient, but this is not necessary. If the surface is sanded a little and, besides, a  polyurethane or epoxy based sealant  is applied, the results will be very good. The hot melt glue gun works very well too, where the silicone cylinder melts and is applied on the spot

Fix the sheets on the eaves line in each wave. In windy areas, attaching the sheets on intermediate supports can be at every second wave, taking care to always fix the laterally overlapped waves. If the length of the overhang coincides with the assembly of more sheets, take care to ensure that the horizontal overlap corresponds to the support straps.
It is recommended that the overhang of the eave support does not exceed 300 mm.

The translucent polypropylene sheets have a 5-year-UV-treatment guarantee.
There is no guarantee against incorrect installation or bad weather such as hailstorms.
